We work with a number of "C-level" (CEO, CFO, COO) or senior level executives. These clients often have complex compensation plans which may include stock options, deferred compensation and/ or SERP benefits. Coordinating and maximizing these benefits in concert with other assets is critical, and one's election choices can be difficult or impossible to change in the future.
We encourage people with executive compensation benefits to work with a trusted advisor to make sure they create a plan that works today, and into the future. Unlike a 401-k plan, these benefit plans rarely are a "set it, and forget it" type of choice.
